«Cuentos de la tercera orilla» is a collection of short stories by Mario Delgado Aparaín and Milton Fornaro (La Banda Oriental, paperback, 190 pp., in Spanish).
The volume brings together stories by authors from the two shores, Asturias and Montevideo, as a bridge between both literary traditions. The stories, varied in theme, address Latin American life and culture with different perspectives and styles.
Published in 2002 as a co-edition of Literastur and Ediciones de la Banda Oriental, the book carries the subtitle «Asturias-Montevideo».
For those who enjoy short fiction and literature in Spanish, especially that which unites Asturias and Montevideo.
