«Cuentos menuditos con pictogramas» is a collection of children's stories by Varios Autores, published by Bruño in hardcover (26 pages, in Spanish).
It brings together eight classic tales designed for early readers. In each story, pictograms replace some words in the text and help follow the narrative; characters such as Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel, the wolf or the three bears appear. The sentences are short, in lowercase letters, and the illustrations reinforce what is told, so that young and old can read them aloud and share them.
Includes eight classic tales, with illustrations by Stuart Lynch and translation by Roberto Vivero Rodríguez. Recommended age: 3 to 5 years.
For early readers: pictograms allow participation in reading before learning to read; also works as a shared bedtime story.
