«D. I. O. S.» is the collection of nine short stories by David Generoso Gil, published by Independently Published in paperback in 2013 (116 pages, in Spanish).
Nine stories featuring smoking angels, a detective who feeds on Russian salad, a writer harassed by his number-one fan, and a scar that represses sexual urges. It alternates absurd humor with intimate episodes, such as the death of the father or a platonic love in Prague, in a prose that blends the everyday, the grotesque and the dreamlike.
The edition was published in 2013 with the subtitle «D.I.O.S.: Edición revisada», although the cover shows only «D.I.O.S.» .
For readers of short fiction who enjoy black humor, the absurd and surreal atmospheres.
