«Das Findelkind» is Erwin Moser's children's bedtime story book, published by Beltz in hardcover (48 pages, in German).
A collection of twenty-two bedtime stories featuring animals: the sloth Hektor, the elephant Ferdinand, a flower-loving anteater, clever pigs, wild seals, and a sad she-bear who recovers her laughter thanks to a frog. Short, imaginative stories with large color illustrations, ideal for reading aloud.
Subtitled Gute-Nacht-Geschichten, it brings together 22 stories illustrated in color. 1997 edition; first published in 1994.
A title suitable for children, especially as a read-aloud before bedtime thanks to its short stories and illustrations.
Erwin Moser was an Austrian children's and young adult books' author and illustrator. He is best known for his children's book series Manuel & Didi, which he illustrated himself, using a text comics format.
