«De Apolo a Zeus» is a book on Greek mythology by Anne-Catherine Vivet-Rémy, published by Ediciones Akal in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
It gathers Greek legends in which the vengeance or desire of the gods transforms mortals; myths such as those of Actaeon, Arachne or Narcissus show this. It is a free adaptation of texts by Ovid, Aeschylus and Hesiod, and is completed with games and facts about Greek culture to aid understanding.
Volume 14 of the collection Para descubrir a los clásicos, with translation by Josefina Careaga Rivelles.
Aimed at young readers approaching mythology and classical culture, with a didactic and playful approach.
