Dentro de un castaño

Synopsis of Dentro de un castaño

«Dentro de un castaño» is the children's book by Francesc Boada and Valentina Cruz, published by La Galera in paperback (24 pages, in Spanish).

The work invites readers to solve a riddle: inside a chestnut tree, behind a door locked with a golden key, something is hidden that the reader must discover. The color illustrations accompany this reading proposal.

The work was first published in 1992 and is part of the La Sirena collection, within its Letra manuscrita series (no. 4); it is recommended for ages 6 and up.

For early readers, it works well as shared read-aloud: the riddle invites participation and attention to the details of the drawing.
