«Desaparición en Trégastel» is the crime novel by Jean-Luc Bannalec, published by Grijalbo in paperback (320 pages, in Spanish).
Commissaire Georges Dupin tries to enjoy a vacation on the Breton coast, but his rest is disrupted by a series of incidents: the disappearance of a statue, an attack on a deputy and the sudden disappearance of a woman. The discovery of a corpse finally pushes him to investigate unofficially, in a setting of cliffs, sea and local gastronomy.
Sixth installment in the Commissaire Dupin series, which has sold over three million copies in Germany.
Recommended for readers of crime fiction and mystery looking for a classic investigation set in French Brittany.
