«Dia que Pigasso va coneixer a Muutisse» is the illustrated children's story by Nina Laden, published by RBA Molino in hardcover (36 pages, in Catalan).
An illustrated tale that turns Picasso into Pigasso, an impulsive pig with a red beret, and Matisse into Mootisse, an energetic orange bull. It recounts the day the two great painters met and addresses art, friendship, and conflict resolution in an accessible way. The volume includes biographies of Henri Matisse and Pablo Picasso.
Volume 11 of the Infantil Català collection. Catalan translation by Xavier Borràs i Calvo. Published in November 2005.
Suitable for early readers interested in art and painting, and for educators who want to introduce children to Picasso and Matisse.
