«Dos historias increíbles» is the children's storybook by Laurence Anholt, published by Santillana Educación in paperback (128 pages, in Spanish).
Two tales that humorously retell the classics: «Ceniciento», a soccer fanatic living under the thumb of his stepfather and stepbrothers until the Telemadrina intervenes, and the story of a bad girl who mistreats Caperucito, an innocent little wolf, until his grandmother gives her what she deserves.
First published in 2002, it belongs to the Próxima Parada 8 Años collection of children's literature.
Aimed at independent early readers aged 8 to 12, with humor and adventures that engage those who already know the classic tales.

Laurence Anholt is an English author and illustrator of more than 200 books in over 30 languages, covering a wide age range, from picture books to adult fiction. In recent years, Anholt has turned to writing for an older age range, including The Hypnotist a novel for a Young Adult readership published by Penguin Random House, about race and civil rights set in the Deep South of America in the early 1960s.
