«El avionazo, una historia de Frida y Marilyn» is the science fiction novel by José M. Mata, in paperback, published by Aliar 2015 Ediciones, S.L.
The novel unites Frida Kahlo and Marilyn Monroe through a lost painting by the artist, El avionazo, in which she reflected her torments. Mata imagines a space-time link between the two and humanizes them from the subjective and the sensual.
