«El burrito Platero» is the children's story by Lucía Mora, with illustrations by Marifé González, published by Susaeta in hardcover (32 pages, in Spanish).
Platero is a loving little donkey who plays with children, rejoices in their laughter and feels sad if he sees them suffer. Always ready to help, he strolls with his owner through the meadows and together they discover the echo, the flowers and the butterflies. Short sentences in capital letters and isolated words in cursive script give confidence to early readers.
Published in 2018, it is the first edition and belongs to the collection I Learn to READ with Susaeta - level 0.
Recommended for early readers aged 4 and up who need to gain confidence at the start of reading.
