«El caminant i el mur» is a poetry collection by Salvador Espriu, published by Edicions 62 in paperback (80 pages, in Catalan).
The poems in this book revolve around a walker who, captive to his dead and his name, ends up turned into a wall: someone lost, without a message, and in solitude. With sober language, Espriu builds reflective and elegiac poetry where memory, identity, and death intertwine.
This edition, published in 1972, belongs to the collection «Els llibres de l'Escorpí. Poesia» and carries number 12.
Salvador Espriu i Castelló was a Catalan poet from Spain.
