«El cargol Fredolic» is the children's story by Joan Pla, illustrated by Cristina Durán, published by Animallibres in paperback (32 pages, in Catalan).
Fredolic is a snail who feels cold and is determined to find the warmth of the sun. To do so, he climbs to the top of a tree, reaches a castle tower and waits for the sun to come out. The tale combines a short text with illustrations, designed for those beginning to read.
Published in 2013, it is number 43 in Animallibres' La Formiga collection, a series of children's stories for early readers.
Recommended for children aged 4 to 8, with a simple text in Catalan and illustrations that accompany the reading.
