El cavall

Synopsis of El cavall

«El cavall» is the illustrated children's animal book by Valérie Tracqui, published by Cruïlla in hardcover (32 pages, in Catalan).

The work explains what the horse does, how it lives and what it eats, and notes that today it is a domesticated animal but was once wild. It also looks at life in the wild: horses galloping with manes in the wind and a male that, in the face of danger, gathers the herd.

Published on November 23, 2007; translated from the French by Gustau Raluy i Bruguera. The work carries the subtitle «lliure com el vent».

Aimed at child readers aged 4 to 8, especially suitable for first learning about animals and nature.
