«El cos» is the educational comic about the human body by Philip Ardagh, published by La Galera in hardcover (64 pages, in Catalan).
In Álex's house nothing is as it seems: each room can hide an Egyptian tomb, a model of the human ear or a herd of tyrannosaurs. Together with his dog Engrunes and the caretaker Bernat, Álex explores these rooms to understand how the human body works, discover how fast a sneeze travels and what happens when we eat.
First volume of the collection «La casa de l'Àlex», published in 2010. Illustrations by Mike Gordon and Catalan translation by Mercè Santaulària.
For readers aged 6 to 8 who want to explore the human body in a fun way.
