Synopsis of El disparo de argón

El disparo de argón es una novela del autor mexicano Juan Villoro, publicada en 1991. La trama entrelaza la mirada y la ciudad, convergiendo en la clínica de ojos del doctor Suárez. El edificio, concebido para servir a la vista y la visión, se encuentra en un México donde el tráfico de órganos es una variante de la economía informal. Cuando el doctor Suárez desaparece, su discípulo Fernando Balmes se embarca en una búsqueda que lo adentra en un país donde la urgencia no es curar los ojos, sino venderlos.
