«El Documento Q» is the historical-religious essay by César Vidal, published by Planeta DeAgostini in hardcover (246 pages, in Spanish).
César Vidal studies the Documento Q, which he presents as the most unknown gospel, and argues that its content reveals keys about the life of Jesus. The book combines a critical analysis of the synoptic gospels with a translation of the document and places its origin in the religious and historical context of early Christianity.
The volume belongs to the «Biblioteca César Vidal» collection and was published in December 2007. It includes a translation of the Documento Q (pp. 181-208), bibliography (pp. 239-240) and index.
It is aimed at readers interested in the history of Christianity, biblical criticism and the gospels.
César Vidal Manzanares is a Spanish historian, author, political commentator, and radio host.
