«El drac de Bagastrà» is the children's story by Dolors Garcia i Cornella, illustrated by Mercè Arànega Espanyol (Animallibres, paperback, 120 pages).
An ancient legend claims that a solitary dragon only appears to those who still believe in fantasy. The narrative follows the encounter between a child and the creature, while Mercè Arànega's watercolor illustrations show the dragon asleep and the little one approaching it.
It is part of the La formiga collection from Animallibres, where it holds number 92; this edition was published in 2018.
For children aged 8 to 9 who enjoy dragon stories and fantasy.
