«El eunuco» is the Latin comedy by Publio Terencio Africano, published by Ediciones Clásicas in paperback (111 pages, in Spanish).
The Eunuch is a Roman comedy of errors about two brothers of opposite characters: one courts the courtesan Thais and the other pretends to be a eunuch to get close to a young woman. The braggart soldier Thraso, the flatterer Gnatho and the slave Parmeno move among disguises, misunderstandings and different attitudes towards love.
The paperback edition includes the version and translation by Pedro Sáenz Almeida and was published in 2000. ISBN-13: 9788478824014.
Suitable for students of classical literature and for those seeking a brief comedy of Roman theater.
