«El gallo Jacinto» is the children's story by Ricardo Alcántara, published by Editorial Everest in paperback (36 pages, in Spanish).
A rooster named Jacinto lives on a farm and his passion is singing, even though he is not good at it. The other animals, tired of hearing him sing out of tune, decide to take matters into their own hands to fix it. The story thus addresses coexistence and how a group faces the problems of one of its members.
It belongs to the «Leer es vivir» collection and is illustrated by Chiara Carrer. Recommended reading age from 5 to 7 years.
Recommended for boys and girls aged 5 to 7, especially to work on the value of coexistence at home or in the classroom.
