«El gran Meaulnes» is the novel by Alain-Fournier, published by Edicions 62 in paperback (240 pages, in Catalan).
A novel set in early 20th-century France: a young man is fascinated by a mysterious, lost domain, and the search for that place and its ideals marks his life. With a dreamlike, melancholic tone, it explores innocence, loss and nostalgia for the ideal.
Second edition published in Barcelona in 1982 in the El Cangur collection by Edicions 62. The Catalan translation is by Maria Aurèlia Capmany.
