In Santiago de Compostela, 2021, six friends reunite for dinner after two decades without seeing each other. During the fireworks display before the Apostle's festival, a shot ends the life of one of them. The key to the murder goes back to a children's home where they shared adolescence, marked by the suicide of Antía Morgade after being abused by an educator. Inspector Santiago Abad and Deputy Inspector Ana Barroso face a crime where all indications point to "the man who killed Antía Morgade", but unexpected secrets complicate the resolution of the case, forcing them to overcome themselves to avoid a new murder. This is the third installment in the series of inspectors Abad and Barroso.
