In Lough Glass, an Irish village by a lake, Kit grows up as the daughter of pharmacist Martin and Helen, a mother who never quite fits in and walks alone at dusk. When Helen disappears on a stormy night, Kit must live with that absence while the secrets of the past come to light.
The Spanish translation is by Edith Zilli; the original English edition, The Glass Lake, was published in 1994.
