«El llibre de les meravelles» is the illustrated satirical book by Victor Colomer A., published by Cims in paperback (112 pages, in Catalan).
With an openly ironic tone, the book gathers supposed graphic evidence of Catalonia's contribution to the world: the pyramids covered in Gaudí-style trencadís, a Catalan Jesus, the Mona Lisa traveling by bus through Sabadell and Michael Jackson's moonwalk inspired by the steps of the sardana.
First edition, published in July 2015. The volume includes an introduction by Miquel Calçada i Olivella.
Aimed at readers who enjoy satire and absurd humor applied to Catalan identity and culture.
