El manuscrito carmesí es una novela histórica del escritor español Antonio Gala, ganadora del Premio Planeta en 1990. La novela narra la vida de Boabdil, el último sultán del reino nazarí de Granada, a través de sus memorias escritas en los papeles carmesíes de la Cancillería de la Alhambra.
