«El pastor mentiroso» is the theatrical adaptation of the classic tale, written and illustrated by Violeta Monreal, published by Editorial Everest in paperback.

To amuse himself, he plays a trick on his neighbors by warning of the wolf's presence, and repeats the false alarm until the danger becomes real. This stage adaptation brings to the theater the well-known folk tale about the consequences of lying.
Published in 2000, it belongs to the Montaña encantada / Teatro collection and the Leer es Vivir project. Text in Spanish.
For early readers ages 3 to 7 and for children's theater groups who want to perform this adaptation of the tale.
