«El pez Arcoíris» is the illustrated children's story by Marcus Pfister, published by Beascoa in hardcover (32 pages, in Spanish).
At the bottom of the sea lives Rainbow Fish, the most beautiful for his shiny colored scales, but also the loneliest: the other fish do not want to be with him. The story shows how his attitude distances him from others and what he discovers to regain company and happiness, in a tale about friendship and the value of sharing.
The work, originally published in German as Der Regenbogenfisch, belongs to the Rainbow Fish series, included in the Children's Stories collection. Edition number 24, with Spanish translation by Paloma Blanco Aristín.
Recommended for children aged 4 and up; also useful for parents and educators who want to work on the value of sharing and integration with the little ones.
Marcus Pfister is a Swiss author and illustrator of children's picture books.
