«El pirata malastruc» is the children's story by Lola Núñez and Rocío Antón, published by Baula in hardcover (32 pages, in Catalan).
Is the pirate Malastruc as wicked as he's made out to be? This illustrated story shows the character's tender side and addresses respect for differences and each person's values through simple, humorous tales, with illustrations of a pirate with a parrot and an eyepatch.
Sixth title in the 'Dolents de contes' collection, illustrated by Claudia Ranucci. Published in 2004, aimed at readers aged 3 to 6 and includes a game of six cards to play with the family.
Recommended for early readers in Catalan who enjoy pirate stories and fairy-tale characters.
