Álex and Olga live in a building where neighbors suffer strange mishaps with the elevator that change their lives. Investigating, the two young people discover a mezzanine floor that does not appear on the elevator button panel: behind it hides a presence that grants wishes in a sinister way, but always demands a sacrifice.
