«El precio del delito» is a collection of eight detective stories by Dashiell Hammett, published by Debate in hardcover (151 pages, in Spanish).
Eight stories of crime and mystery set in a world of delinquency and low life, with morally ambiguous characters, plots full of intrigue and difficult decisions. The title story condenses the dry, direct style that characterizes Dashiell Hammett within detective fiction.
Published in 1990. Translation by Francisco Páez de la Cadena. Spanish-language edition with illustrated dust jacket.
