«El ratón de campo y el ratón de ciudad» is the children's fable by Graham Percy, published by EDICIONES SM in 2002 in hardcover (30 pages, in Spanish).
The country mouse enjoys a peaceful life, while the city mouse encourages him to discover the bustle and comforts of urban life. When they exchange visits, they find that the city offers excitement but also dangers, and that the countryside holds calm and simplicity. A story with a moral about two ways of living and the value of what each one has.
Fifth volume in the Fábulas de SM collection, with illustrations by Graham Percy himself and translation by P. Rozarena.
Recommended for early readers and children aged 6 to 8 who are starting out with classic tales.
