«El secret d'Òscar» is the children's story by Ricardo Alcántara, published by Edicions Voramar in paperback (40 pages, in Catalan).
Òscar is a bear cub who hides a secret: he sleeps with a teddy bear to avoid being scared. He is ashamed to admit it because he fears they will laugh at him, but a friend he tells encourages him and does not judge him. A story that shows how sharing a worry with the right person helps put it in perspective.
The book was published on May 5, 2016, is illustrated by Emilio Urberuaga and is part of the Verda (+4) collection, with text in cursive.
Recommended for children aged 4 and up, especially for working on childhood fears and the value of sharing them at home or in the classroom.
