«El tercer caminant d'Emaús» is a religious essay by Maria dels Àngels Alsina Ribé, published by Centre de Pastoral Litúrgica in paperback, in Catalan.
The author, a Benedictine nun, imagines Jesus appearing to the two disciples walking to Emmaus and successively incarnating in various characters. Through them, the disciples —and the reader too— discover the living Christ and his presence in everyday life.
Number 57 of the EMAUS collection and winner of the II Premi Emaús. Catalan edition, 72 pages, published in 2003.
A work of spirituality for readers interested in the Christian faith and in meditating on the Gospel narratives.
