«El tirano» is a humor comic by Francisco Ibáñez, published by Ediciones B in hardcover (48 pages, in Spanish).
Mortadelo and Filemón, agents of the T.I.A., investigate a caricatured dictator whose justice system is not very democratic. The adventure combines zany dialogue, absurd situations, lions, peculiar laws and Francisco Ibáñez's usual mishaps.
The album belongs to the Magos del Humor collection (number 78) and to the Mortadelo and Filemón series; it dates from 1999.
For young readers and for followers of Mortadelo and Filemón's adventures.
