«El viatge de Lluna a les muntanyes» is a children's story by Juan Emilio Gumbau González, published by Edicions Bromera in paperback, in Catalan.
After losing her parents, Lluna embarks on a search that takes her through mountains and unusual places. Along the way she encounters absurd situations and eccentric characters, and her mere presence alters everything she finds. Beneath its seemingly innocent tone, the work conceals a reflection on family and emotional bonds.
It belongs to the El Micalet Galàctic collection (no. 168) and is illustrated by Joan Subirana Queralt (Subi). It won the Vicent Silvestre Children's Narrative Prize.
A story for children aged 7 to 10 who enjoy adventures and endearing characters, and which provides a starting point for talking about family.
