El zoo d'en Pitus is a hymn to friendship, collaboration, faith, and enthusiasm. It follows the adventures of a group of children from Pitus' neighborhood who set up an authentic zoo—complete with a tiger!—so that their sick friend can afford a trip to Sweden, where a specialist can cure him. Winner of the 1965 Josep M. Folch i Torres Award and finalist for the 1967 CCEI Award.
