«Ella imagina» is a collection of short stories by Juan José Millás, published by Alfaguara in paperback (224 pages, in Spanish).
The work brings together 32 short stories headed by the monologue that gives the volume its title. Its common thread is Vicente Holgado, an obsessive character with an unstable identity who sneaks into almost everything the author writes; through his adventures, Millás mixes the everyday with the fantastic, in texts that rarely exceed four pages.
The book belongs to the Alfaguara Hispánica collection and was published on October 18, 1994.
For readers of contemporary short fiction and for followers of Juan José Millás.
