«Els tres Reis d'Orient» is the children's story by Roger Roig César, published by Cossetània Edicions in paperback (24 pages, in Catalan).
The story places Patufet and his friends on the eve of the Three Kings, a night in the festive Christmas cycle. The Three Kings arrive on time guided by a star and with many hopes for the children; people gather in the street to welcome them, and then the little ones go to bed early, wishing for morning to come so they can open their gifts.
It is volume 12 of the collection «El Patufet», dedicated to Catalan traditions, with illustrations by Hugo Prades Martínez. The cover indicates third edition.
For young children, especially those who already know Patufet or are curious about the Three Kings parade.
