«En Luka i el dinosaure» is the illustrated children's story by Sebastià Sorribas i Roig, published by La Galera in paperback (24 pages, in Catalan).
Luka befriends a small creature that looks like a dinosaur, though it really isn't one. She names it and hides it in the forest so it won't be taken to the zoo, sealing a great friendship. A story with cursive writing, simple content and accessible language, designed to build independent reading.
It is volume 22 of the Cues de Sirena collection, with illustrations by Ignasi Blanch. 2004 edition.
Recommended for children aged 5 and up who are beginning to read independently.
