Era veramente uomo. Rivisitando la figura di Gesù nei Vangeli

Synopsis of Era veramente uomo. Rivisitando la figura di Gesù nei Vangeli

«Era veramente uomo. Rivisitando la figura di Gesù nei Vangeli» is a theological essay by Bruno Maggioni, published by Ancora in paperback (192 pages, in Italian).

Bruno Maggioni revisits the figure of Jesus in the Gospels and stresses that his human traits —his history, his decisions and his feelings, including anger— also reveal his divine dimension. Jesus's humanity is, for the author, the transparency of God's face and the key to a renewed faith.

Published in 2009, it belongs to the In cammino collection by Ancora.

A work of biblical theology for readers interested in the figure of Jesus, the Gospels and Christian spirituality.
