«¡Es mi sopa!» is the children's book by Michaël Escoffier and Matthieu Maudet, published by Océano Travesía in hardcover (36 pages, in Spanish).
A child doesn't want to eat his soup and his mother threatens to call the wolf to devour him. The wolf, however, doesn't devour children, and from that rejection an unexpected twist arises. With illustrations by Matthieu Maudet, the book plays with humor and reader expectations, without intending to teach lessons in good manners.
Published in 2019. In bibliographic records it also appears as «¡Es mi sopa! (Primeras Travesías)».
For young children and early readers; its humor and unexpected twists invite reading aloud.
