«¡Es una traviesa esa raya!» is a children's book by Carmen Leñero, published by Fondo de Cultura Económica in hardcover (36 pages, in Spanish).
A boy draws a line that escapes the paper and divides the world in two: on one side he remains, on the other strange beings and monsters. While his classmates measure theirs, the boy's line is infinite and goes around the world; the teacher scolds him, but the geography professor gets excited. A parable about the border between children and adults.
Second edition, with illustrations by Luis Fernando Enríquez and published within the collection A la Orilla del Viento.
A tale for child and young readers, especially for those seeking illustrated stories of imagination and adventure.
