«España medieval: musulmanes, judíos y cristianos» is the historical essay by Fernando Aznar (Anaya Infantil y Juvenil, paperback, 96 pages, in Spanish).
It addresses coexistence and conflicts between Muslims, Jews and Christians in medieval Spain: daily life, cities, culture and wars. Of peninsular Islam it describes its splendor from the 8th century, with irrigation channels, mosques, synagogues, churches and citadels, against the Christian kingdoms of the north, poorer and less populated.
It belongs to the «Vida Cotidiana» series of the Biblioteca Básica de Historia. Edition published in 2004.
Suitable for young people aged 12 and over interested in the history of Spain.
