«Espejo de gran niebla» is the poetry collection by Guillermo Carnero, published by Tusquets Editores in 2002, in paperback (64 pages, in Spanish).
A reflection on the dreams of memory, love and writing as illusions of personal identity: recollection does not restore what was lived, love pursues chimeras and language is not enough to interpret emotions and thought. The collection traverses the deception of an incomplete existence justified in literary and artistic imagination.
The subtitle dates the writing between July 1999 and August 2001. The work is number 207 of the Marginales collection of Tusquets Editores.
For readers of contemporary poetry in Spanish, especially those who follow the work of Guillermo Carnero, a poet linked to the novísimos.
