«Esports a la ciutat» is a children's book by Isidro Sánchez and Carme Peris, published by Parramón in paperback (32 pages, in Catalan).
The book shows a group of children running and playing in a city park, in scenes that bring sport closer to the urban environment. The watercolor illustrations are the main thread of the narrative and help little ones observe everyday situations, nature and the social environment, with the city as the setting.
Part of the «Primera biblioteca de los niños» collection; this is the 9th edition, published in April 1999. Recommended reading age: from 4 years.
Aimed at children starting to read and at families who want to create a first children's library in Catalan.
