«Esta historia es mi historia» is Dolores Aleixandre Parra's essay on spirituality, published by Editorial CCS in paperback (124 pages, in Spanish).
The book brings together eight stories from the Old Testament and as many from the New, commenting on them from a Christian spirituality perspective to show that, although characters and circumstances change, biblical narratives still speak of today's life. The author presents the Bible as a story of salvation in which the believing reader can recognize their own story.
Published in 2004 in Madrid, the work belongs to the Maná collection of Editorial CCS, where it is number 12.
For those interested in Christian spirituality and an up-to-date reading of the Bible, especially believers seeking to recognize their own lives in the sacred narratives.
