«Ez dut irakurri nahi!» is the illustrated children's story by Pello Añorga, published by Aizkorri in paperback (36 pages, in Basque).
Little Amelia is fed up with teacher López repeating over and over, like a parrot, that she must read a lot. Fed up with always hearing the same thing, she finally puts her foot down and firmly exclaims that she doesn't want to read. A humorous story about children's resistance to compulsory reading.
It belongs to the Irakurri, bizi collection and is illustrated by Jokin Mitxelena. Recommended reading from age 5.
Recommended for early readers and for addressing in the classroom the rejection of reading with humor.
