«Fiabe russe» is a collection of Russian folk tales by Carla Poesio, published by Giunti Editore in paperback (120 pages, in Italian).
The book brings together tales from Russian folklore in which humans and animals live fantastic adventures. These were stories repeated at dusk among peasants and told to children by nannies; they also circulated as loose sheets sold at markets and came to inspire numerous writers.
The work belongs to the Universale economica della fiaba series and is illustrated by S. Fatus in this edition.
The book is cataloged as Children's and Young Adult; a review of the edition recommends it for children aged 3 to 6.
