«Fim» is the poetry collection by Amélia Vieira, published by Cavalo de Ferro in paperback (166 pages, in European Portuguese).
After a distinguished career in contemporary Portuguese poetry and eight published books, Amélia Vieira signs this poetry collection. The work is read from back to front: a poetic review of twenty years of writing and a literary journey undertaken with devotion, inviting contemplation of the evolution of her voice and the sensitivity of her lyrical universe.
The book was published in May 2004. The cover shows a monochrome black-and-white illustration of two human figures in the water.
For readers of contemporary Portuguese poetry who appreciate an introspective tone and a recapitulative look at a literary career.
