«Fra Garí» is an illustrated children's story by Equip Susaeta, published by Tikal-Susaeta in hardcover (30 pages, in Spanish and Catalan).
The story retells the legend of Fra Garí, a monk of Montserrat whom the devil tempts in various ways to divert him from his purpose. The tale values perseverance and fidelity to oneself, and does so with a brief narrative, a close tone, and illustrations that recreate the mountain setting.
It is part of the Rondallari collection of folk tales. The publisher recommends a reading age of 4 and up.
For early readers who are starting to read with help, as well as for reading aloud with the family.
